Both, Sage and Palo Santo are used during the process, which are Ethically sourced. We also use Frankincense and Cedar for cleansing and blessing purposes.

Smudging is great for anyone who feels stagnant or unwelcome in their home. It's also great for purifying the energy in your home and redirecting it.

Over time, energy can collect and build up, causing stress and anxiety.

If you are in the midst of a home renovation, moving into a new home, not feeling welcome in your home, or just needing a refresh, these are great times to smudge your home! If you have a storefront , we also recommend smudging this space as well. With people coming & going all day, energy can cling and attach.
